Transparent turnaround times for custom printing and embroidery completed locally in our Melbourne studio.

Standard production

Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days for most orders. Larger production runs of 100+ units may require additional time depending on decoration method and garment availability.

Rush options

Priority production options are available at checkout. Depending on garment stock and approved artwork, selected jobs can be completed in as little as 2 business days.

Same-day studio printing

Visit our Melbourne studio for access to our same-day printing range. Ideal for one-off prints, urgent merch and in-person sample production with no minimum order requirements.

Embroidery

Produced locally in our Melbourne studio using quality commercial threads built for everyday wear and repeated washing.

Premium transfers

Premium heat transfers designed for sharp detail, vibrant colour and long-lasting durability across a wide range of garments. Ideal for workwear, activewear, hi-vis uniforms, event merch and performance fabrics where flexibility and wash durability matter. Produced locally in our Melbourne studio using commercial-grade films and adhesives for a clean, professional finish built for everyday wear.

Digital printing (DTG)

Direct-to-garment printing delivers vibrant full-colour artwork printed directly into the fabric for a soft, premium feel. Ideal for detailed graphics, gradients, small production runs and fast-turnaround merch across cotton apparel and tote bags. Produced locally in our Melbourne studio using commercial DTG technology designed for clean colour accuracy and professional-quality results.

Screen printing (20+ units)

Professional screen printing designed for larger apparel runs requiring strong colour consistency and long-term durability. Ideal for merchandise, uniforms, events and retail-quality apparel where bold prints and efficient bulk production matter. We use quality inks, proper curing methods and artwork preparation processes to ensure a clean, long-lasting finish built for repeated wear and washing.

Express T-Shirt Printing (1-2 days)

Express printing is best for print-ready artwork or a very descriptive but simple brief - Yup, we can help with your design!
Next-day printing is via our DTG print method across selected AS Colour stock.

How to order?
Select your AS Colour item - select Priority Print at check out. This will add $10 per item to cover our rush fee.
If an item is out of stock with AS Colour we will notify you asap for a change or refund.

Need t-shirts printed yesterday? Order before 10am - Select from our guaranteed same-day t-shirt range below and we will have it ready by 3pm Tuesday - Friday (1pm on Saturday).
BYO is available for walk-in service - please speak with our team to confirm your items are suitable for our print methods.
Embroidery is available for same-day walk-in orders using our free font range only. Stock is limited - BYO welcome.
Same-Day t-shirts do not require priority print fee at checkout.
